On March 7, 2009 the Pine High School Senior Beta Club in partnership with Keep Washington Parish Beautiful participated in a beautification project in Pine. The group cleaned and planted a flower box located in the front of the local grocery store, Pine Cash Grocery. They also pickup three bags of litter.
