Chamber of Commerce has just the thing to help New Orleans Saints fans get
through the nerve-wracking days and minutes preceding the big game Sunday — how
about a little tension relief through cannon fire?
The proposed diversion includes Civil War life and battle re-enactments, arts,
crafts, festival food and more, and if black powder smoke, the thunder of
horse’s hooves or the opportunity to learn an historic craft or purchase some
