Introduction of Ordinance No.11-555 – An Ordinance to authorize and direct that the Washington Parish President sign and execute on behalf of the Washington Parish Council Government any and all contracts, purchase agreements, declarations, applications, amendments, agreements and all other documents and paperwork necessary for the application, administration and closeout necessary for the application administration and closeout of an FY2012-2013 Louisiana Community Development Block Grant Application for Water Well improvements for the Varnado Water Works District on behalf of the Parish and any political sub-divisions thereof

9. Introduction of Ordinance No.11-556 – An Ordinance to authorize and direct that the Washington Parish President sign and execute on behalf of the Washington Parish Council Government any and all contracts, purchase agreements, declarations, applications, amendments, agreements and all other documents and paperwork necessary for the application, administration and closeout of an Fy2012-2013 Louisiana Community Development Block Grant Application for Street Improvements (Bogalusa Area – Pigott’s Crossing) on behalf of the Parish and any political sub-divisions thereof; and further indicating the intentions of the Parish of Washington, State of Louisiana, to allocate funds for the procurement of professional services for the 2012-2013 FYLCDBG Street Improvement Project
