AN ORDIANCE TO ABANDON

.18 MILES OF HOLLIS MILEY ROAD

PARISH ROAD NO. 4-185

WHEREAS, .18 miles of Hollis Miley Road no longer serves a public need;

WHEREAS, all property owners on Hollis Miley Road agrees that the Parish Government should abandon .18 miles known as Hollis Miley Road, Parish Road

No.4-185 and remove it from the parish inventory.

THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the Washington Parish Council that .18 miles of Road listed on the Washington Parish Inventory List as Parish Road No.4-185, Hollis Miley Road, be and is hereby abandoned by the Washington Parish Government and removed from the Parish Road inventory, subject to any existing utilities and drainage servitudes.

Having been submitted to a vote, the vote resulted as follows:
