A RESOLUTION REINSTATING

A ROAD ON THE WASHINGTON

PARISH INVENTORY LIST

 

 

The following resolution was offered for adoption on motion by _Michael Fussell, seconded by _Greg Route.

 

            WHEREAS, a request has been made to re-establish ___Walker ________  Road, Inventory List Road No. _#6-67__ back on the Washington Parish Inventory List; and

 

            WHEREAS, it has been verified that __Walker___ Road meets all the Parish requirements to be re-established back onto the Parish Government Inventory Road List; and

 

            THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the Parish Council does hereby re-accepts ______Walker____ Road, Inventory List Road No. _#6-67____        for maintenance.

Walker Road, .50 miles (approx. 2,600 feet long is off the North side La. Hwy. 60 and

Generally runs in a north to south direction.

 

            Having been submitted to a vote, the vote resulted as follows:

 

            YEAS: _(7)_   Route, Posey, Wheat, Fussell, Nassauer, Johnson, and Thomas

 

            NAYS: _(0)__

 

            ABSENT: (0)__

 

            ABSTAINED: _(0)___

 

            The resolution was declared adopted on the __26th day of  May__, 2010.
