A RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE THE WASHINGTON PARISH

COUNCIL CHAIRMAN, PARISH PRESIDENT AND

FINANCIAL DIRECTOR TO SIGN

THE LOUISIANA COMPLIANCE QUESTIONNAIRE

 

 

 

The following resolution was presented for adoption by the Washington Parish Council on motion offered by _Michael Fussell__ , seconded by __Andre’ Johnson___.

 

 

      WHEREAS, Aubrey Posey, Richard N. Thomas Jr. and Donna Alonzo are hereby authorized to sign the Louisiana Compliance Questionnaire for the audit period of 2009.

 

                  BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the questionnaire be submitted to Kushner LaGraize, LLC auditors for both the Choctaw Landfill Joint Venture and the Washington Parish Government audit for year ended December 31, 2009.

 

                  Having been submitted to a vote, the vote resulted as follows:

 

 

                  YEAS: (7) Posey, Wheat, Fussell, Nassauer, Johnson, Thomas and Route

 

                  NAYS:  (0)

 

                 ABSENT: (0)

 

               

 The Resolution was declared adopted on the __14th   day of __June___ , 2010.
