A RESOLUTION
GRANTING
A VARIANCE TO WEYERHAEUSER REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT COMPANY FOR
The following resolution was offered
for adoption by the Washington Parish Council
on motion by Michael Fussell, seconded by Greg Route
WHEREAS,
Weyerhaeuser Real Estate Development Company, the owner of property being
developed as Deerfield Subdivision, has requested a variance of Ordinance
09-482 entitled Improvement Requirements for Subdivisions and Land
Developments.
AND WHEREAS, the request has been reviewed by the Infrastructure
Committee and approved subject to the requirement that Weyerhaeuser Real Estate
Development Company grant servitudes for utilities and drainage 10 feet in
width along the margins of Ard Davidson Road, C. Davidson Road and Vineyard
Road wherein Weyerhaeuser Real Estate Development Company owns property
adjoining these roads.
BE IT RESOLVED, that Weyerhaeuser Real Estate Development Company is
granted a variance of Ordinance 09-482 entitled Improvement Requirements for
Subdivisions and Land Development and the survey plat of Deerfield Subdivision
is approved subject to the requirement that Weyerhaeuser Real Estate
Development Company grant servitudes for utilities and drainage 10 feet in
width along the margins of Ard Davidson Road, C. Davidson Road and Vineyard
Road wherein Weyerhaeuser Real Estate Development Company owns property
adjoining these roads.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Washington Parish Director of Public
Works is authorized to approve and sign the survey plat of Deerfield
Subdivision as revised to reflect the servitudes required by this resolution.
The above and foregoing having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereupon
resulted as follows:
