A RESOLUTION STATING THE

WASHINGTON PARISH GOVERNMENT

IS IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE

PARISH TRANSPORTATION ACT

The following resolution was presented for adoption by the Washington Parish Council on motion offered by ___Greg Route___, seconded by __Michael Fussell ___.

BE IT RESOLVED, that the Washington Parish Council does hereby authorize John Taylor and Leo Lucchesi sign the certification required by (LSA-R.S.) 48:753(a) and 48:755 regarding the use of funds and system administration, respectively.

BE IT RESOLVED, that the Washington Parish Council does hereby authorize Aubrey Posey sign the certification required by (LSA- R.S.) 48:758(c).

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Washington Parish Government hereby certifies that the funds made available under the Parish Transportation Act were expended during 2009 in accordance with standards established by law.

BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, that this resolution was introduced and adopted at a regular called meeting of the Washington Parish Council, a quorum being present and voted.

Having been submitted to a vote, the vote resulted as follows:
