RESOLUTION NO.11-531

TO READOPT PROCUREMENT POLICY

FOR THE WASHINGTON PARISH COUNCIL

RELATIVE TO LOUISIANA COMMUNITY

DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANTS

The following resolution was presented for adoption by the Washington Parish Council on motion offered by __Michael Fussell_, seconded by ___Ken Wheat_____.

WHEREAS, the Washington Parish Council intends to participate in the Louisiana Community Development Block Grant Program, as the opportunity arises, and

WHEREAS, as a prerequisite to any Parish’s participation, the procurement procedures as set forth in that program need to be adopted and made a part of the guidelines for procurement procedures for the Washington Parish Council as it relates to Community Development Block Grants;

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Council Members for the Washington Parish Police Jury, in Regular Session convened, that the attached Procurement Policy is hereby readopted.

The above and foregoing having submitted to a vote, the vote thereupon resulted as follows:
