RESOLUTION NO.11-532

TO READOPT CITIZEN PARTICIPATION PLAN

OF THE WASHINGTON PARISH COUNCIL

RELATIVE TO LOUISIANA COMMUNITY

DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANTS

The following resolution was presented for adoption by the Washington Parish Council on motion offered by _Randy Thomas__, seconded by ___Greg Route_____.

WHEREAS, the Washington Parish Council intends to participate in the Louisiana Community Development Block Grant Program, as the opportunity arises, and

WHEREAS, as a prerequisite to any Parish participation, citizen participation procedures as set forth in that program need to be adopted and made a part of the guidelines for involvement by citizens of Washington Parish as it relates to Community Development Block Grants;

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Council Members for the Washington Parish Council, in Regular Session convened, that the citizen participation plan is hereby readopted.

The above and foregoing having submitted to a vote, the vote thereupon resulted as follows:
