OF SURPLUS PROPERTY
The following resolution was offered for adoption on motion by _Michael Fussell_________ and seconded by __Greg Route__.
WHEREAS, the Washington
Parish Government is the owner of the following described property, to-wit:
1-Link Belt Wire
Rope Truck Crane, Model HC78B, Serial # 8HH9-262, manufactured 1989, Carrier
Manufacturing, Carrier Engine GM4087-7304, 8 wheel air brakes. 135 mile odometer reading, 0 hours on Crane
And
1-MQ Power 176 KW,
Whisperwatt Diesel Powered Generator,
Model #
DCA-220SSJU, Serial # 8010200
AND WHEREAS, the above
described movable property is surplus property and no longer needed for public
purposes;
BE IT RESOLVED the above
described property is declared to be surplus property and no longer needed for
public purposes and that the Washington Parish Government proceed to sell the
same by sealed bid after advertisement for bids under such terms and conditions
as the Director of Finance deems appropriate.
The
above and foregoing having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereupon
resulted as follows:
