The following resolution was offered for adoption on motion by __Michael Fussell , seconded by _____Greg Route_ .
A RESOLUTION THAT THE WASHINGTON
PARISH
COUNCIL IS HEREBY ESTABLISHING
THE LOAD LIMITS ON BRIDGES WITHIN THE
OFF-SYSTEM BRIDGE PROGRAM
WHEREAS, the Washington Parish Council is required to establish load limits on bridges within the Off-System Bridge Program and post said limits: and
WHEREAS, it is requires that the load limits be recorded in the official records of the Clerk of Court of Washington Parish, Louisiana,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Washington Parish Council is hereby establishing the following load limits on bridges within the Off-System Bridge Program as indicated in the attachment.
These stipulations are prerequisites to participation by the Parish in the Off-System Bridge Replacement Program.
This resolution was considered section by section and as a whole and upon motion by Michael Fussell , being seconded by Greg Route, was adopted on the 11th day of October__, 2011.
Having submitted to a vote, the vote resulted as follows:
