RESOLUTION NO.11-542

 

RESOLUTION BY THE WASHINGTON PARISH COUNCIL

TO ENGAGE KUSHNER LAGRAIZE, L.L.C. TO PERFORM

AUDIT SERVICES FOR THE WASHINGTON PARISH GOVERNMENT

 

The following resolution was offered for adoption on motion by __Michael Fussell_____, seconded by __Greg Route______.

 

            BE IT RESOLVED that the Washington Parish Government agrees to engage Kushner LaGraize, L.L.C. to perform audit services for the Washington Parish Government in accordance with the letter of engagement attached hereto and made a part hereof.

 

            BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Richard N. Thomas, Jr., the Washington Parish President, is authorized to execute the engagement letter on behalf of the Parish of Washington.

 

            The above and foregoing having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereupon resulted as follows:
