RESOLUTION NO.11-545

 

A RESOLUTION TO ADOPT THE 2012 ANNUAL OPERATING

BUDGET AND ADOPT THE AMENDED 2011

ANNUAL OPERATING BUDGET OF THE

WASHINGTON PARISH TOURISM COMMISSION

 

The following resolution was offered for adoption on motion by __Michael Fussell___, seconded by __Greg Route___.

 

THE WASHINGTON PARISH COUNCIL DOES HEREBY RESOLVED:

 

That the 2012 Annual Operating Budget for the fiscal year beginning January 1, 2012 and ending December 31, 2012 and for the Amended 2011 Annual Operating Budget for the fiscal year beginning January 1, 2011 and ending December 31, 2011 for the Washington Parish Tourism Commission is hereby adopted as per Budget Summary attached hereto and made a part hereof (Addendum A) and (Addendum B).

 

The above and foregoing having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereupon resulted as follows:

 

YEAS: _(7)___  Wheat, Fussell, Nassauer, Johnson, Thomas, Route and Posey

 

NAYS: _(0)____

 

ABSENT: _(0)__

 

ABSTAINED: _(0)__

 

           

The resolution was declared adopted on the __12th_ day of __December ___, 2011.
