A RESOLUTION REINSTATING

A ROAD ON THE WASHINGTON

PARISH INVENTORY LIST

 

 

The following resolution was offered for adoption on motion by _Randy Thomas, seconded by __Greg Route.

 

            WHEREAS, a request has been made to re-establish ___Mobley Road ________________________Road, Inventory List Road No. __08-128__ back on the Washington Parish Inventory List; and

 

            WHEREAS, it has been verified that ________Mobley______ Road meets all the Parish requirements to be re-established back onto the Parish Government Inventory Road List; and

 

            THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the Parish Council does hereby re-accepts _______Mobley__________________ Road, Inventory List Road No. _08-128____        for maintenance.

 

            Having been submitted to a vote, the vote resulted as follows:

 

            YEAS: _(7)__ Johnson, Thomas, Route, Posey, Wheat, Fussell and Nassauer

 

            NAYS: _(0)___

 

            ABSENT: _(0)___

 

            ABSTAINED: _(0)___

 

            The resolution was declared adopted on the _28th  day of __April___, 2010.
