AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE PARISH PRESIDENT,

TO SIGN ALL CONTRACTS, FORMS, APPLICATIONS

AND OTHER NECESSARY DOCUMENTS TO APPLY FOR

AND ADMINISTER THE GRANT, FOR THE RURAL

FRANKLINTON WATER CORP THROUGH THE OFFICE OF

COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM,

IN THE AMOUNT OF $75,000.00.

WHEREAS, the Washington Parish Government has applied for a Louisiana Community Development Block Grant and;

WHEREAS, the grant application has been approved through Louisiana Community Development Program in the amount of $75,000 for constructing improvements to the waterworks program;

BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that the Parish President be and is hereby authorized to sign all contracts, forms applications, reports, plans, notices and all other documents and paperwork necessary to apply for and administer the aforementioned grant program.

Having been submitted to a vote, the vote resulted as follows:
