AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING REVISION

TO THE 2009 PLANNING AND BUILDING

PERMIT FEE SCHEDULE

WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 07-428 originally established a permit fee schedule with

Adjustments to be made periodically;

THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, that the Washington Parish Council hereby adopts the Revision to the 2009 Planning and Building Permit Fee, attached hereto and made a part hereof which fee schedule shall replace any previous fee schedule.

BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, that the ordinance shall become effective immediately upon the signatures of the Parish Council Chairman and Parish President.

The above and foregoing having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereupon resulted as follows:
