AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING A
REVISION TO ORDINANCE 09-482
ENTITLED IMPROVEMENT
REQUIREMENTS FOR
SUBDIVISIONS AND LAND
DEVELOPMENTS
WHEREAS, the Washington Parish Government believes there exists a public interest in giving notice to the public as to the general areas of the Parish where mining operations of sand and gravel are more likely to occur;
BE IT ORDAINED, that the Washington Parish Council hereby adopts this revision to Ordinance 09-482 entitled Improvement Requirements for Subdivisions and Land Developments, attached hereto and made a part hereof.
BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, that to the extent that any prior ordinances may be contradictory to the provisions of this ordinance, the such prior ordinances are repealed.
BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, that as authorized by Sections 2-13(C) of the Washington Parish Home Rule Charter that this ordinance shall be published in summary by title.
