AN ORDINANCE TO ADOPT THE BUDGET

ADJUSTMENT NUMBER TWO TO THE 2009

ANNUAL OPERATING BUDGET FOR THE

WASHINGTON PARISH GOVERNMENT

THE WASHINGTON PARISH COUNCIL DOES HEREBY ORDAIN:

SECTION I: That the 2009 Annual Operating Budget for the fiscal year beginning January 1, 2009 and ending December 31, 2009 for the Washington Parish Government is hereby amended (Budget Adjustment Number 2) and made a part hereof. (Addendum a copy for public inspection is available in the Clerk of Council’s office).

SECTION II: Amounts amended are to reflect actual expenditures of 2009 to affect all funds.

The above and foregoing having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereupon resulted as follows:
