ORDINANCE TO ENTER INTO
A CONTRACT WITH
LARRY KINLAW &
ASSOCIATES
WHEREAS, the Recreational districts for the Parish of Washington were created and continued assistance is initially needed to seek funding; and
WHEREAS, The Washington Parish Government desires to engage Larry Kinlaw & Associates to provide assistance for grants and other services and by ordinance No. 09-493 entered into a contract with Larry Kinlaw & Associates, which contract expired December 31, 2009;
WHEREAS, Larry & Associates has continue to provide services for Washington Parish Recreational Districts 1, 2, and 3 since December 31, 2009;
BE IT ORDAINED, by the Washington Parish Council duly extends the contract with Larry Kinlaw & Associates to provide services for Washington Parish Recreational Districts 1, 2 and 3 for the period of December 31, 2009 through June 30, 2010, at a monthly fee of $400.00 per month, plus an hourly charge for services rendered, plus travel and other expenses. The hourly rate is $60.00 per hour for grant writing fees and $30.00 per hour for research, travel and other services.
The above and foregoing having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereupon
resulted as follows:
