AN ORDIANCE TO ABANDON

.20 MILES OF NOLLIE THOMAS ROAD

PARISH ROAD NO. 07-057

WHEREAS, _.20_ miles of _Nollie Thomas Road no longer serves a public need;

WHEREAS, all property owners on __Nollie Thomas Road agrees that the Parish Government should abandon _.20 miles, known as _Nollie Thomas Road, Parish Road No._07-057 and remove it from the parish inventory.

THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the Washington Parish Council that ___.20 miles of Road listed on the Washington Parish Inventory List as Parish Road No.__07-057 , known as _Nollie Thomas Road, be and is hereby abandoned by the Washington Parish Government and removed from the Parish Road inventory.
