AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING
A RESIDENTIAL AND
RECREATIONAL SUBDIVISION,
WHEREAS, River’s
AND WHEREAS, Eden Drive as shown on the subdivision plat of River’s Bend, A Residential and Recreational Subdivision, which plat is dated December 1, 2006 by James J. Jones & Assoc., Inc., Job Number 06-063, of record in COB 606, Page 306, File No. 2006-270565, Washington Parish, Louisiana, is in substantial compliance with Parish standards for acceptance as a Parish road;
BE IT ORDAINED, the Washington Parish Government accepts Eden Drive of River’s Bend Subdivision, A Residential and Recreational Subdivision, Eden Drive being more specifically shown on the subdivision plat by James J. Jones & Assoc., Inc., dated December 1, 2006, Job Number 06-063 of record in COB 606, Page 306, File No. 2006-270565, Washington Parish, Louisiana, as a public road to be included in the Parish Road Maintenance System.
The above and foregoing having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereupon
resulted as follows:
