NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

WASHINGTON PARISH, LOUISIANA

The Washington Parish Council will hold a public hearing at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, October 27, 2011, on the second floor of the Parish Council administrative offices in the employee break room. The purpose of the meeting is to obtain the public’s opinion of the effectiveness of the LCDBG Program. The Council invites comments and opinions on the LCDBG activities implemented under the Washington Parish Council 2010 LCDBG Street Program being closed out. Accommodations will be made for disabled and non-English speaking persons provided a three day notice is received by the Council.

All residents, particularly low and moderate income persons and residents of the target area are encouraged to attend this meeting. Those citizens unable to attend this hearing may submit their views and proposals in writing to:
