AN ORDINANCE FOR AUTHORIXING

THE PRESIDENT TO ENTER INTO A

RIGHT-OF-WAY AGREEMENT WITH

MARDI GRAS MIDSTREAM, LLC

THE WASHINGTON PARISH COUNCIL DOES HEREBY ORDAIN:

SECTION I. To enter into a Right-Of-Way Agreement with Mardi Gras Midstream, LLC, whose address is 1331 Lamar, Suite 1450, Houston, Texas 77010.

SECTION II. To authorize the Washington Parish President, Richard N. Thomas, Jr., to allow Mardi Gras Midstream to purchase a 10’ x 50’ Right-Of-Way from the Washington Parish Government.

SECTION III. For the consideration of the providing use of said Right-Of-Way, Washington Parish Government shall receive the sum of Two Thousand Dollars ($2,000.00) cash.

SECTION IV. This said Right-Of-Way will be used by Mardi Gras Midstream to gain underground access (under Mitch Road) to a surface site for connection to Florida Gas.

SECTION V. The complete terms and conditions are contained in the Right-Of-Way Agreement with maps and drawings attached hereto and made a part hereof.

The above and foregoing having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereupon resulted as follows:
